The Jerome D. Diamond Adolescent Centre
The JDD is a youth mental health centre that provides services to youth between the ages of 11 and 17 from grades 6-11 who are experiencing psychological, behavioural and/or academic challenges.
Over the past four decades, the JDD has helped hundreds of young people turn around their challenging lives and rejoin the mainstream with newfound competence and skills. Our professional team is comprised of social workers, child and youth workers, special education teachers and a consulting psychiatrist and psychologist. The JDD’s treatment services help manage our students' issues with the goal of re-integration into an appropriate community school.
Your generous gift ensures current and future students continue to benefit from the unique and important programming offered at the JDD.
