Jewish Family and Child Service (JF&CS) values and respects the privacy of all of our donors.
Use of Personal Information
Your name, address, contact information, gift amount and any other personal data you provide is kept confidential by Jewish Family and Child Service. This information is used only by JF&CS to keep you informed of our activities including our programs, events, and funding needs or for individual donor acknowledgement such as sending thank you letters, donor reports and tax receipts.
Mailing and Email Lists
If at any time you choose not to receive communication from JF&CS, you may contact the Agency and we will gladly remove your name from our mailing list or email list (contact information is at the end of this page). An ‘Unsubscribe’ link is included in every email and allows you to opt out of the email list.
JF&CS does not rent, sell, give away, or trade its donor lists or any information contained on those lists. Donor information is used by the Agency for charitable purposes only as described above and will not be used by any entity outside of the agency.
Electronic Personal Records
Donor information is maintained in a secured database, and only authorized personnel have access to this information and only for appropriate Agency purposes.
Donor Recognition
JF&CS publishes a list of the names of donors in an annual report which is mailed to these donors and is available on our website. We respect all donor requests to remain anonymous. Click here to read our Donor Recognition Policy.
Visiting our Website
Visitors are not required to register or provide personal information to view our website and are, therefore, anonymous. JF&CS online donors choose the personal information that JF&CS receives and can opt to remain anonymous. All credit card transactions are conducted over a secure server. We use Google Analytics to optimize our website. This tool does not require our site visitors to identify themselves, and does not provide us any personal identifiable information about our visitors that is not supplied voluntarily.
Authorized Release of Information
JF&CS may be legally required to disclose information on occasion. JF&CS complies with all applicable legal requirements and standards.
